Being a fairly compact design studio, we at Senso stay flexible in terms of how we work with clients and thus able to accommodate the needs of both small website owners and larger agencies. We don’t have any hard and fast rules and try to find the approach that works best for you. We hope the small FAQ section below will help you to understand the basic principles of our work process.

1. What services do you provide?
Our main area of expertise is website graphic design and GUI design. We also provide logotype design, icon design, character design and banner design services.
2. Will you take on the projects that include coding and programming tasks?
Our true passion is graphic design and we really love the idea of division of labour. Thus we prefer to concentrate on the creative tasks and do not normally take on such projects, although we may occasionally subcontract HTML coding or simple programming gigs.
3. What deliverables will I receive from you?
You will receive layered graphic file (PNG or PSD) perfectly suitable for slicing, coding and making any modifications to the design. When ordering a logotype, you will also get vector AI files for print purposes.
4. What do you need from me to give me a quote?
Filling out our client questionnaire is usually enough to give you a quote. We will also ask you to provide a simple design wireframe to facilitate understanding and design process.
5. Will I retain full copyright to the work you create for me?
Per our standard contractor agreement, we transfer ownership of all copyrightable work to our clients. We retain the right to showcase the work on our website. It is also possible to have the work made by Senso classified as "work for hire".
6. How do you usually work?
A typical design project could be broken into the following stages: analysis, proposal, upfront payment, concept design, feedback and fine tuning, balance payment, source files delivery.
7. How long does it normally take you to create the design?
Timeframes vary greatly depending on the nature of the project and current workload. It will usually take us 3-5 business days to produce a concept webpage design.
8. What is the best way to communicate with you?
Our client base is scattered around the world and we are used to working with remote customers. E-mail, instant messaging and phone are perfectly sufficient in most cases.
